PRIYA RECOMMENDED RECIPE: 1 litre Rasam : Cook 50g Red gram dhal in 950g water with a pinch of turmeric. Add 25g pre-soaked tamarind pulp, salt and 100g tomatoes. Boil 10 minutes. Add 20g Priya Rasam Powder and continue boiling for 5 minutes. Add 10g grated coconut for flavour.
Seasoning: Heat 15g oil and add 2g each of mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves and fry. Pour rasam mix in it. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot
